Oh gosh. How much space do we have to write? Hee-hee. I love, love, LOVE crabs!

Start out with a garden salad. Must have carrots and purple cabbage in it. Fresh cucumbers, sunflower seeds and a rapsberry vinegarette dressing. The crab. Be it snow crab, king crab, blue crab, dungeoness crab... with a baked potato that has butter on it and coarse sea salt rubbed on the outside. I eat the skin. Yum! Love either fresh steamed broccoli or green beans with that. Then dessert, simple. Hand dipped chocolate covered strawberries. Throw in a bottle of Rosa Regale and I'm in heaven!

I love crab too! I'm spoiled living in Oregon less than a half hour from the beach. We can go crabbing ourselves and get it fresh. Right now is not the best season though. December. That is when it is best.

For the most part I'll eat anything (which also explains my need to lose around 40 pounds). I go through phases of what is my current favorite. Today I'm dying for a BLT on wheat toast!
