Well let's see... you missed the FET we did, then you missed the BFP on the pee sticks and our two beta's! LOL. Our first beta was 13dp5dt and was 987 and the second beta was 16dp5dt and it was 3447. We have one more beta in 05/27 and then an ultrasound on 06/03 to see what's cooking! :cloud9:

Woohoo~

Our third beta was 10778. Ultrasound is June 3rd and I'll be sure to update after that!! :) Woohoo!

Now you'll be able to give me all kinds of tips on mothering two! Hee-hee. At least that's what I'm hoping for!!

Stop it! LOL! That's what my 11 year old daughter has said all along. Here's her crazy theory...

every beta has had a 7 in it, she thinks we'll be a family of 7 and to do that we'd have to have triplets.

What were your beta's? Should I be working on a poem for 3 instead of 2? We're trying to find a creative fun way to break the news to the grandparents and we thought we'd make home cards and put the ultrasound photos on the inside...

The best I remember mine were around 500, 1600 and 9700. I about flipped when I got the over 9700 reading. It took awhile for that number to sink in....yeah it's almost 10,000. I remember calling Sherri that day and thinking I might be carrying triplets. Sooooooo scarey but exciting!! It's still sooooo exciting; I couldn't be more blessed!

Ok~ Today was the day. We had our first ultrasound. I'm feeling a little torn...

We clearly saw two sacs as soon as they doc inserted the probe. The first sac measured 6w5d, which is exactly what we are. We could see one little baby and one tiny heart just beating away.

The second sac is visibly smaller but does have something in it. It's measuring 5w3d or 5w4d. I can't say which for sure. But when the doc hovered over there was no heartbeat. He said he didn't want to say anything either way about the second sac and asked us to come back in 2 weeks to see what's going on!

So now... we're back in the 2ww again! We know we are blessed beyond to have one baby growing and thriving but ask that you all pray for the second sac and possibly second baby. It bothers me to not know what's going on.

Thanks ladies~ It's just so crazy. Everything about surrogacy and babies involves some kind of wait! I think God is trying to teach me a thing or two about patience!
