Ivf Fresh Vs Fet

I am wondering what you all think is the better transfer.

1. fresh 3 day transfer
2. fresh 5 day blast transfer
3. FET

We have had 2 frozen FET 5 day blast that worked but went on to m?C
one at 16 weeks and 1 at 8.5 weeks.

Just wanting to see what worked for you.

Well, I did none of those you listed, but I will tell you what worked for us :)
Fresh 6 day transfer, (sperm were frozen 6 months, eggs were fresh) transferred 2, carried twins to very full term.

Fresh 5dt of 2 embies failed. Doing a Frozen of 2 embies at 6days in a week, we will see how that goes.

We did a 3 day fresh transfer of 2 embies
I got a postive for both embies but one did not progress
So we have a little girl due soon:p

We resulted in a twin miscarriage at 10 weeks after a transfer this past summer with three frozen 5 day embryos. We're gearing up for another transfer in January with fresh embroys this time around.
Also, I'm new to this... what is a DH?
