My name is Krystal and I am new to the wonderful world of surrogacy. I was approached by a friend and asked to help them make their dreams come true. So, after much consideration, I have decided that I would love to do that for them. We are just getting started.
I am a recent new resident of Minnesota and I have to tell you, I'm freezing my butt off. LOL. I'm originally from Phoenix, AZ. So, why we moved to the coldest state in the country is beyond me. LOL. I do love it here though, the seasons so far have been beautiful but my blood is thin and I am cold. However, had I not moved here, I would never have met my IPs. They are great people and desperately want a child.
Anyway, my husband is amazing and so supportive. He jumped on the surrogacy wagon before I did and he is 100% behind my decision and for that, I am so grateful because I could not do it without him.
I have 4 great kids, Alissa 11, Brandon 6 (in December), Catelynn 3 (in January), and Dylon 1. Alissa is very excited and thinks this is an awesome thing and can't wait to help in any way possible.
I have been a work-at-home mom for the last 5 years doing medical transcription. I recently started a webstore called Mom-azing Kreations. I custom make baby items. You can feel free to check it out. Christmas is coming you know. (and there is my pitch, LOL)
I have talked to some amazing women who have been able to give this phenomenal gift to some desiring couples and I cannot wait to enter that world. I have to tell you that I think what you all have done and are doing is truley an amazing thing and you are all angels, heaven sent for being so selfless and doing such a wonderful thing for people. I actually feel like besides raising my kids to be great people, that I have another purpose in this world and I have always wanted that. So, I'm looking forward to this journey.
I have started a blog (linked below) for this to document my entire journey from thought to finish and I invite you all to view it thorugh my adventure and feel free to comment anytime. I look forward to all of your advice and suggestions and I am glad to be here.
Talk to you all soon!!!;)
