Does anyone know if IP's can use the reciepts that you give them as a tax write-off come income tax time? Can you use them? Can no-one use them?
As I understand it if the IP's ever were audited you just need to be able to show the reciepts right? This is so confusing. I would ask my accountant who does my taxes but I doubt he would have any idea about surrogacy lol.
TAI for any suggestions.

NOPE no tax right offs. You really want to fly under the radar so that your reciepts are not challenged or nit picked .... it is like paying a babysitter in essence :)
